Description
 Establishing & maintaining a centre & network of technical excellence for key civil & structural systems & components predominantly related to offshore Wind parks
 Developing & maintaining technical standards & guidelines in the dedicated technical areas together with regional teams & other organizations
 Conceptual design of construction and expansion of marine platforms
Additional Requirements
 a degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent
 experience in
o specifying, negotiating & managing projects
o international project teams & business
o design and construction or repair and maintenance of offshore platforms welcome, not a MUST
o design and construction of platforms for wind energy, IDEAL
 the ability to communicate and work effectively with various project teams & internal/external partners
 good verbal and written English language skills, German skills is a plus
 appetite to travel and positive can-do attitude
