Description
Due to continued growth Eurosearch are currently recruiting for a leading renewable energy company based in Scotland. Our client who is a market leader within its field currently require a Health and Safety Manager to join their operation in Central Scotland. This is an important position for the company with duties and responsibilities varying. The underlying focal point of the role will be to develop and implement a fully functional Health and Safety Management System and Strategy which will integrate with business goals and objectives
Other duties will include
• Ensure relevant and specific HSE plans are developed and implemented
• Conduct regular audits to monitor implementation of HSE plans and identify risk areas
• Set and communicate HSE targets and implement plans to ensure these targets are achieved
• Establish and implement appropriate communication strategy to ensure buy in from all staff and contractors in relation to Health and Safety standards and requirements

Additional Requirements
To be considered for this position we are looking for experienced HSE professionals, with a strong background in Safety Engineering. Potential candidates must also have experience in offshore safety requirements and industry minimum standards.
