Description
Eurosearch & Selection are currently recruiting for an international drilling contractor based in Qatar. Our client currently has a requirement for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team. As Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for planning and coordinating planned preventative maintenance on al drilling equipment with the goal of reducing downtime for drilling operation. You will provide technical support to onshore and offshore rig maintenance personnel and assist the Maintenance Manager with budgeting, control and scheduling activities. In addition, you will be responsible for administering the Maximo software system.

Additional Requirements
To be considered for this role the successful candidate must a solid Maintenance Engineer with at least 5 years experience in the offshore drilling industry. You should have a sound knowledge of planned preventative maintenance on drilling equipment and have previous experience of budget control and scheduling. You should be familiar with Maximo software packages. This role is non rotational and requires the candidate to reside in Qatar.
