To support ambitious growth plans a talented individual is required with a commitment to delivering the best in class service to global clients. This is a unique opportunity to develop the Marine Warranty Surveys and DP field for them both in the North Sea and internationally. The key responsibilities of this role include: Develop and grow the business Project MWS installation of pipelines, jackets, topsides, deck extensions Manage, plan, supervise, organize, execute and coordinate MWS projects Train and act as a mentor for MWS team members Ensure the quality, safety and operating procedures are practiced.

Additional Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
Technical / Professional Expertise Qualified and significant MWS project management experience or experience gained from similar role in the offshore industry Qualified Engineer (Naval architect, Structural or Mechanical) or a Master Mariner with proven track record in MWS projects Knowledge of the Norwegian market is also a key requirement for the position.
Competency Requirements:
Able to develop and maintain new customer relationships Able to demonstrate proven leadership and management skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Organised and proactive; taking personal ownership of targets
