On behalf of our client, we are searching for the mentioned position to be based in Singapore.
The scope of activities of the Operations Support Service for Shared Services is based on the Shared Service Projects in APAC and will involve the following activities:

- Process owner responsible for ensuring the Service Monitoring and Reporting is delivered according to expectation

- The escalation and resolution of any operational issues encountered within the Service Operations ?Monitoring and Reporting? function

- Support of all continuous service improvements to service monitoring and reporting

- Support the Service Operations review of all Service Monitoring and Reporting requirements

- Ensuring full compliance with both the relevant DAG policies and procedures and any legal requirements applicable to the role

- The assessment of new / changed monitoring requirements to ensure they are valid requests before approving them for implementation

- The rejection of all inappropriate monitoring requests back to the requesting party

- The facilitation of information gathering from various requesting parties to ensure the specification of any new / changed requirement is fully understood before it is implemented

- The validation and approval of all draft reports/templates prior to them being publishing

- The management of any error correction identified following the review of draft reports/templates

- The issue of rejection notices for any draft reports that cannot be created and published

- Ensure that all operational market needs are coordinated and work closely with the respective ITI teams (e.g. Data Center Operations, Service Delivery, Project Manager) to define the solutions and fulfill the requests of the customer.

- Be informed about all projects within the customer?s responsibility.

- Analyze customer satisfaction, identify, manage and help resolve IT related issues that negatively influence the relationship to the customer

- Support the project manager(s) to deliver services in time and according to customer expectation

- Process support for monthly reporting and monthly customer calls to ensure SLAs are kept and identify potential relationship disturbances.

- Keep management informed by tracking incidents and customer requests and escalate if necessary

Requirements:

- ITIL certification is a MUST.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Min Diploma holder
