This expanding Oil and Gas consultancy and service provider are looking to recruit an experienced, motivated and proactive Process Engineer to come on board and be the focal point for a team of enthusiastic Engineers. This position would be ideal for a Senior Engineer/Team Lead who is ready to make the step up to a management position.
You will be helping to deliver to some of the biggest names in the world, and will also be responsible for developing new business streams, looking at strengths and weaknesses within existing teams, and developing these onward. As a senior member of staff, you will also be responsible for the ongoing development of other team members, and ensuring that they are constantly challenged and motivated.
The role will be based in Aberdeen, and candidates will need to have a solid working knowledge of the UK North Sea Oil and gas industry. Knowledge of the Norwegian industry would also be useful but is not essential.

Additional Requirements
The suitable candidate will have 10 – 15 years experience working as a Process Engineer, and will have been working as a Process Engineering Lead in their most recent position. Experience working with a consultancy or a major operator is also required. Candidates must be chartered, and have a degree in Chemical Engineering.
