On behalf of our client, we are searching for the mentioned position to be based in Singapore.
- Participate in material sourcing & supplier selection for assigned projects
- Review materials requirement report & execute necessary actions (issue PO, rescheduling & expediting or parts)
- Manage & control inventory level to meet organisation goals
- Manage & control inventory level to meet organization goals
- Manage suppliers to meet quality, delivery (QC), cost & service target
- Participate in material review board meeting for non-conforming materials & execute the return of non-conforming materials to suppliers in a timely manner
- Ensure suppliers provide proper shipping documentation thus allowing smooth transaction during shipment & receiving
- Strives for continuous improvement by establishing processes for effective procurement preocess

Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Min 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment preferably in Oil & Gas
- Knowledge or MRP is a MUST and preferably SAP
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, self motivated & result oriented
